Alex is a host of ITV Sport’s Rugby highlights show every Wednesday throughout the 24-25 season.
With his expert analysis to review all the thrills and spills of the Gallagher Premiership Rugby season combined with his relatable nature, interviewing fans, coaches and players alike.

England Rugby’s Club Series
A lifelong rugby player himself, Alex, alongside the RFU and England Rugby create a documentary series that brings to life the people behind the players of the UK’s grassroots rugby scene.

Alex’s role across the day included crowdwork in and around Twickenham, including hyping up the crowd as the team arrived.
England Rugby - It Means Everything
Brief: To highlight the relationships between barbers and their customers in a creative and engaging way.
Production: A large scale production, we gathered a full crew including a producer, director, cinematographer and sound engineer to capture premium, long form content in an organic and authentic way.
This project developed further into a series of ‘conversations with’ and continues to drive viewership for the brand.
Journalism & Writing
Alex is a published writer for The Times, amongst other newspapers. Alex provides insight for young parents, particularly young dads, through his written perspective of fatherhood and the juggles of parenting, work, relationships etc.
His writing seems to connect with an audience of people who are struggling to navigate the pressures of modern day adulthood.
British & Irish Lions
Alex worked with the British & Irish Lions for their 2025 Australia Tour as a voiceover artist for their series ‘We Go Beyond’.
Covering the process from scripting to delivery, Alex brings to life famous Lions tales from previous series through archive footage and his distinctive voiceovers.
